As a a company, ETC Consulting is focused on offering consulting services that help schools through a variety of operating and organizational situations.

Every one of our consultants has years of experience as a seasoned teacher, administrator, or teacher trainer, or director of a training program. Nienhuis Montessori

 

 

ETC's cooperation with Nienhuis Montessori began in 2015. Today, we work closely with Nienhuis Montessori through the Netherlands office to bring you our complete classroom solutions. 

About Heutink and AMI

In 2007 the Heutink Group bought the company Nienhuis Montessori, which was founded in 1929. Since the beginning of 2015 they changed the company name Nienhuis to their mother company’s name Heutink.

Over the years AMI and Nienhuis, which almost share their “date of birth”, have grown together and both have become household names in the Montessori world. Montessori education has a firm foundation in many countries in the world, with new countries and communities expressing interest and finding their way to AMI and Nienhuis. This global appeal means that Montessori schools, educators and manufacturers led to a large worldwide network.
Today Nienhuis and AMI are working closely together to forge an innovative strategic partnership to create new opportunities for children from all cultures and socio-economic backgrounds to experience the Montessori educational approach.

Gulf Coast Montessori Teacher Education Center

The purpose of Gulf Coast Montessori TEC is to provide quality Adult Learning services in Early Childhood, and Elementary Montessori education to the community so that children will benefit from the philosophy and pedagogy of Dr. Maria Montessori by becoming knowledgeable, competent, and independent citizens.

The emphasis on curriculum patterns, developmental levels, and current educational research will provide our teachers with added skills in differentiation of curriculum implementation as well as a stronger understanding of Dr. Montessori’s philosophy as applied to this age group.

The staff at Gulf Coast Montessori Teacher Education Center (GCMTEC) believe that the betterment of society comes through education and understanding the differences that surround us as members of this society. We believe that education of children through the pedagogy of Dr. Maria Montessori is the best way to achieve this end. In addition, the staff believes that the framework outlined by Dr. Montessori allows for adaptation to meet the needs of today’s learners.
