Welcome to the ETC Montessori Terms of Use and Policy Center. This page provides access to the policies that govern your use of etcmontessorionline.com, purchases made through our website, digital-product licenses, physical-product shipments, returns, privacy, and intellectual-property rights.

Please review the policies that apply to your visit or purchase. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or downloading digital content, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable terms and policies.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a school, school district, homeschool co-op, business, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with the applicable terms, please do not use the website, place an order, or download ETC Montessori content.

Product Information and Availability

ETC Montessori makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and images. However, errors, product changes, natural material variations, and inventory discrepancies may occur.

ETC Montessori may correct an error, update product information, refuse an order, or cancel an unfulfilled item when reasonably necessary. If a paid item is canceled before fulfillment or digital access is provided, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Product photographs are illustrative. Color, wood grain, finish, dimensions, packaging, and other product characteristics may vary when those variations are natural, customary, or technically unavoidable.

If there is a conflict between applicable terms, the following order will generally apply:

A separately signed written agreement between ETC Montessori and the purchaser.
Product-specific terms or license conditions shown on the applicable product page.

Nothing in these policies limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to Our Policies

ETC Montessori may revise these terms and policies periodically. Updated policies become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

The version in effect when an order is accepted will generally govern that transaction, except when a change is required by law or the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Continued use of the website after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy for future website use and transactions.
