These cards provide the first knowledge of animals leading to the classification of animals in the animal kingdom. The set includes 40 pictures of animals, 40 stories, and additional question cards aimed at helping students analyze ideas about adaptation, usage, and introduce them to expository writing.
Printed in full color, the pictures and stories are coordinated with the pictures shown in our Animal Kingdom Chart (ELC-4059) so that the children can become familiar with them. These are actual pictures, so that the students will have a clear understanding of the animal life they are studying, while helping them fuel their imagination.
